Finishing standard

Wool hood with lining, made on the basis of a find from Bocksten in Sweden.

The hood is quite loose, spacious, well covers the head and part of the arms. It is tapered at the neck and has a rounded hem. It is made of warm wool in the selected color and lined with a delicate, linen lining.

Universal size. Dimensions: depth approx. 40 cm, length approx. 65 cm.

The hood is made of high-quality wool and the stitches, regardless of the finish, are made with great care. Thanks to this, the outfit will serve you for many years. The fabric is selected individually for each order.

The hood is made to order in a color that you can choose from the menu. Due to the large rotation of wools and the endless possibilities of shades and weaves, the color selected from the menu is indicative. After the purchase, we will determine the specific wool that we will use for the project.

If you have questions about the availability of fabrics - write to us! :)

Sometimes a color may currently be pending, in which case we will ask you to change your selection or wait longer.

The actual fabric color may vary due to light and different monitor settings.

Slav Medieval Shop creates this hood in two basic standards of detail work:

I – Outfit is sewn with the machine – all stitches are made with the machine, pattern of the outfit is based on the historical sources, according to its description on the site. Internal stitches are finished with overlock, visible stitches are sewn by machine

II – Whole outfit is sewn manually with very strong stitches – strongly based on the archaeological findings.
