Hedeby wool tunic with four wedges
- Woolllen tunic, based on the finds from early medieval trade centre Hedeby in Denmark. Made to order.
Tunic with four gussets - one of the basic type of Scandinavian tunics, based on the finds from early medieval trade centre Hedeby in Denmark and the iconography of early Middle Ages. The tunic has decorative hems around the neckline and sleeves made of wool.
The tunic has four gussets on the both sides, sewn from the waist. Its length is about 95 cm (on request it can be longer 105/115 cm - if added in the notes). Circumference at the bottom depends on the size - 200-220 cm.

FABRIC
The tunic is made of high-quality wool and the stitches, regardless of the finish, are made with great care. Thanks to this, this outfit will serve you for many years. The fabric is selected individually for each order, consulting it in the conversation.

All clothes are made in our workshop in Poland.

WASHING & CARE INSTRUCTION
• washing in temperature 20C/30C
• wool clothes can be wash only by hand
• do not use bleach or stain removers
• no spinning (it is damaging for seams and fibers)
• hang in the vertical position to dry
• to keep the look, it’s best to iron clothes inside out, up to 120C (one dot)

STANDARD Slav Medieval Shop creates historical outfits in three basic standards of detail work: I – Outfit is sewn with the machine – all stitches are made with the machine, pattern of the outfit is based on the historical sources, according to its description on the site. Internal stitches are finished with overlock, visible stitches are sewn by machine II – Invisible stitches are made with the machine, all visible stitches are sewn manually. III – Whole outfit is sewn manually with very strong stitches – strongly based on the archaeological findings.----------------------------------------------------------
